This book is a result of revelation the Lord has given to me in the study of His Word, which includes personal study as well as learning through the teaching and preaching of my pastors. As believers in Jesus Christ we are in a war, one in which we are ultimately victorious through Him. Yet it is good to know who we are warring against and how to war. I pray you gain understanding of these things as you read this book.
As a follower of Jesus Christ, I stand amazed at His faithfulness, at how awesome He is and how true He is to His Word. A life-changing verse for me has been Matthew 6:33, which states, "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." He is to be first in all things, which has greatly changed my perspective on life. It's all about Him. I encourage those who read this book to go deeper into His Word and to pursue Him.

The Leadership Instinct: Leading Yourself Out of Social Mediocrity is the outcome of nearly two decades of leadership development efforts by its author. It is the direct result of extensive years of classroom, laboratory, and advanced research and development mentoring activities. This experience, through the development of budding leaders, has led to the creation of this insightful leadership development working text. Inspired by decades of leadership development opportunities across various types of professions, disciplines, and personalities, The Leadership Instinct offers a unique strategy to inspire and promote leadership development and personal goal-directed growth in any individual seeking to become the best self they intend to become.
This working text is focused on the essence, function, and required elements of leadership development that spring from the very core of our genetic makeup. This is in contrast and often counter-indicated within the numerous educational programs devoted to the development of management skill sets. The largest fallacy perpetrated in many improvement programs is the assumption that leadership and management are interchangeable concepts, which they are not.
Currently our society has an obvious shortage in these necessary "big picture" leadership capabilities. The evidence, for example, can be found in the decades-long shrinking of our nation's manufacturing capacities, a decrease in the taught fundamentals in the school system, and, more importantly, the slowing of the introduction of game-changing technologies and processes into our social fabric.
With this leadership development program's focus on your specific needs and desires, this program should help to stimulate your focus and attention, thus helping you achieve your future The Intended You. From this vantage point, you will then become an obvious candidate for those organizations looking for leadership talent. More importantly, as a leader you may choose to look to a new direction in your life, one that you may not have even considered at this point.
This working text was developed to fill some of the gaps in our current leadership development needs. It individualizes the leadership process and can make it effective in anyone's personal and professional development. The uniqueness in this leadership program is its ability to provide value to almost any age group and across all disciplines. It also doesn't require the processing and acquisition of large quantities of knowledge.

New Release from Glen A. Catt
Although posed as a hunter, Glen Catt has found that the adventure is what has driven his passion for pursuing big game animals throughout North America and Africa. Coming within thirty inches eye to eye with a 180-pound mountain lion, being pulled almost three hundred miles in a sled behind his Eskimo guide in the Arctic, being charged in a blind by a huge leopard with an attitude, chasing Rocky Mountain elk with archery, or stalking a wounded Cape buffalo that was suspected to be waiting somewhere to ambush its pursuer—these are just some of the experiences that have convinced Glen that the experience totally bypasses the release of the arrow or bullet.
All In My Words - New Release
Some of the poems I have written with my eyes closed.
Many of them from the love and beauty that we can have in our lives.
As each developed, I realized it was the troubling world around us and things happening in this life was why I would close my eyes.
Because even though our eyes are open, they still are closed to brotherhood, love and all the beauty that surrounds us.
So I figure, why not say it, All in My Words.

Teaching can be difficult on a good day. The demands are great and appear to be getting greater as the needs of students in a changing society become evident in the classroom. Not long ago, a teacher's biggest problem was trying to get students to listen and learn. Behavior issues were primarily those of disrespect and fighting. Today, a teacher's biggest concern is not just students listening and learning, and the behavior concerns are not just disrespect and fighting. Everything is far more complicated.
For this reason, teachers need encouragement, specific strategies to use that work, and hope that their efforts are appreciated and effective. This book provides those elements, along with real stories depicting the challenges and humor found only in a classroom. Each chapter concludes with a prayer for teachers to use to ask God for help and guidance in a specific area of teaching.
The author speaks with authority from firsthand experience providing practical classroom suggestions to help teachers be effective educators in an ever-changing society.
