On the day of Jesus's crucifixion, there was a large crowd, yet it looked like he was all alone. However, there were two other crosses that day. A thief was hung on each side of Jesus. The two thieves had the choice to believe who Jesus was and ask for his forgiveness. The other option they had was not to believe and choose to die in their sins. These are still the two options we have today: accept or reject.
