Fear, in all its various manifestations, is a constant in people's lives. The Bible addresses them all but in the original languages the authors had many different words to differentiate them. We can have a year without fear that leads to a life of fearlessness once we understand them and see what God's Word says. Of course, the most common response from the Bible is "Fear not." This book will show you why that is possible.

A Year Without Fear - New Release
Choices - New Release
Kara Evans, college junior at a small Christian university in the northwest, with a beautiful voice, is on her way to the Juilliard School of Music in New York. She's made a vow not to get involved with anyone until then. However, her focus is shaken when she meets and falls in love with the "big man" on campus, Joshua Bradley.
Kara, from a strong Christian family, is angry at God after a tragic accident that killed her sister, and her faith hit bottom. Charming Josh knows nothing about the Christian faith.
Discovering she is pregnant, Kara shares the news with Josh, who with a firm goal of an MBA, panics and runs off, telling her to abort. Kara is abandoned. Being staunchly pro-life, she is left alone to make the agonizing decision. Life turns upside down when she makes the choice.
Will she kill the child within?
What about Juilliard?
What about...Josh?
Will life ever be normal?
New Release from Rodney Peavy
"As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of thy youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate" (Ps. 127:4-5).
Have you ever considered adopting but been fearful because of the many questions flooding your mind? Could I love an adopted child as I would one born to me? What if there are emotional issues? Would my family accept my adopted children? These are all real questions and not easy to ask.
In Filling the Quiver: Is Adoption God's Will for My Family?, author and adoptive father Rodney Peavy holds nothing back as he answers the questions you are afraid to ask in a way that is genuine, practical, and heartwarming. He shares his family's personal testimony of the many challenges they faced in adopting their children, as well as the many blessings they have received. From there, Peavy takes on the questions he and his wife have been asked since adoption first became part of their family history. To the Peavys, adoption is more than just a family decision; it is a faith decision. Filling the Quiver approaches the decision to adopt from the perspective that God is-and should be-involved in the process.
This testimony seeks to offer those who have considered adoption a deeper understanding of the impact and spiritual implications of adoption. If you are still wondering about adoption as an option, this book can help you discover this answer for yourself, with God's guidance.
Lady Eloise and Friends - New Release
Lady Eloise and Friends is a series of books for children from third to sixth grade (and advanced readers in second grade). From this series comes another series for younger children in preschool through second grade called Adventures With Little Eloise.
This first book in the series teaches about friendship and forgiveness, social skills, bullying, and conflict resolution. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are developed as the students make predictions, build vocabulary, develop reading comprehension, and practice new vocabulary as they write in their journals along with the story.
Through the voices and antics of the characters, we hope our young readers will learn to see the world with awareness, sensitivity, compassion, and empathy. We hope to help children see each other with love and with respect for their differences and not with fear.
The second book in the series teaches about multiculturalism, diversity and inclusion, tolerance and acceptance, and also teaches more about conflict resolution when dealing with bullies.
The third book in the series introduces humans into the story and is based on real-life experiences of Vicki with her childhood, lifelong best friend, Shirlee, and their horses. They were the little girls who could be seen riding their horses while standing up, riding backward, sideways, and any other way they could think of. This series of stories begins with their real-life horses, Lady Eloise and El Zo Beyni and includes other horses their families had over time.
Thank you for supporting our book series, and the orphans at Rivers of Mercy Children's Home in Juarez, Mexico.
